London Dry 40.5% 70cl – Our creation, a true classic. Our own blueberries, cherry blossom and honey combining with subtle flavours of pink pepper, cardamom and rose petals to create an extremely smooth fresh and pure gin.

Apple & Elderflower Gin 40.5%abv 70cl – Penrhos Apple and Elderflower is a delicious mix of the delicate notes of hedgerow elderflower and the crisp fruity edge of our own apples, creating a light refreshing gin.

Rhubarb Gin 40.5%abv 70cl – Our second creation and a match made in heaven (well Herefordshire actually). A gorgeous pink and tangy gin made with 250ml of pure Raspberry Red Rhubarb juice blended with our own Penrhos Dry to create a memorable gin.

Honey Spiced Rum 37.5%abv 70cl - Triple distilled rum blended with our own honey from our cherry orchards. A smooth and full-bodied rum with hints of sweet honey leading to tangy notes of orange and lemon peel, leaving you with a tasty kick of allspice, cinnamon, peppercorns and nutmeg. A celebration of the amazing bees that keep our farm running smoothly.
