Our mission is to support brand owners with a cost effective solution to deliver their growth ambitions. This could be a full service solution including warehousing, account management, sales and marketing support or on a project basis tailored to meet the needs of a client.

 

We have an extensive range of customer relationships developed over a number of years and are creating new contacts every day. Our team work with over 500 independent bars and shops and call on over 150 customers every week.

 

As well as working directly with independent pubs, bars, farm shops, bottle shops and garden centres, we work with national pub, restaurant and hotel chains, supermarkets, national and regional wholesalers and specialists (such as arenas, National Trust, leisure venues).

 

We manage the storage, order collation and distribution of brands into a number of the major UK retailers and manage the paperwork and export of brands to over 20 countries around the world.

Business Development

Our core aim is to gain brand listings with new customers and deliver increased sales with existing customers to deliver your growth ambitions.

 

Winning new business is a key element of any brands growth and our team are very focussed and experienced in achieving this.

Account Management

Our team can support your brands in your customers with order capture, stock management, order processing, staff training, commercial discussions and promotional support to drive trial and rate of sale.

 

Great customer relationships are key to any brands success, we can resolve any issues that need to be addressed to ensure all deliveries arrive on time and in full.

Back Office Support

Our experienced team can support your business with a flexible, cost-effective solution to manage all your back end support and admin.

 

This can include general admin, order processing, invoicing, credit control and logistics processing both in the UK and for export.

Tele Marketing

Our experienced office team regularly call on over 500 independent on and off trade accounts.

 

Our team can call existing and prospect customers to sell in your brand, including any promotional offers, to drive new listings and sales of your brand.

Warehouse and Re-pack

Our new 9,000 sq ft warehouse and offices in a brand new facility in Nottingham, the centre of the country, is the perfect hub for your business.

 

With a full time team of two warehouse staff, complete with racking and forklifts, we can store, re-pack and distribute all your products for both ecommerce and trade within the UK and overseas.

Events

Events are vital for brands to drive awareness and engagement with their target audience. We have experience running hundreds of events and can tailor support to suit your needs.

 

We can provide a full service package, where we will find and agree suitable events plus manage the organisation, staffing, set up, take down, promotion, sampling and sales of the brand over the course of the event.

 

Where brand owners have their own list of events we can support with staffing and organisation plus we can discuss opportunities for brands to be co-represented at events with other non-competing brands, to help share costs.

Trade Marketing

We can support brand owners with promotions and activation to ensure brands sell through once listed. We focus on driving consumer trial and purchase by bringing the brand to life at point of purchase.

 

With our wealth of expertise we can ensure we deliver the best return on your investment to deliver strong rate of sale.

Field Sales

We have a team of four field sales executives calling on independent on and off trade customers across the country.

 

Utilising their relationships, their objective is to win new customer listings for your brand and pull through sales from wholesalers.
